Description
DR1 Concrete Side Table has two sections made from 2″ thick concrete slabs, although it’s a monolithic design and cannot be disassembled. Top and bottom parts are jointed together with your choice of:
- copper tubes (browned / aged or polished copper)
- steel (black) rods
- stainless steel rods
All concrete surfaces are sealed with at least 4 coats of high performance sealer available in semi-gloss or matte finish. The sealer is a penetrable type and provides an excellent stain, acid, and scratch resistance of concrete surfaces.
The entire concrete cocktail table weights approximately 220 lbs and it comes with padding material which you can attach to its bottom surface. With padding attached it is fairly easily movable on any smooth surface like hardwood or laminated floor. Make sure the floor surface along the path the table will be pushed is free of small hard objects such as stones or even sand. They might get caught underneath the bottom surface or padding and damage your floor.
If you are placing it on carpet, paved patio, wood decking, or other similar surfaces, we recommend help of at least two people capable of lifting over 200 lbs. Utility / hand truck or dolly capable of supporting such weight would be also helpful. Pushing or pulling concrete side table on uneven surfaces could result in damage to the table and floor surface itself.
DR1 concrete side table will be delivered inside a crate.
We highly recommend help of at least two people when opening the crate and moving side table at your location.

This concrete side table will be shipped in a crate secured to a pallet. Although we take great care of packaging and protecting each of the pieces inside the crate, we have no control over it once it is loaded into a shipping carrier’s truck. To protect our work and the product your order, we require insurance to be purchased when making shipping arrangements (it must cover 100% of the value of your piece of furniture).
We will always attempt to provide you with best available shipping rates and supply a list of available carriers with their prices. Of course, you are welcome to supply contact information of your own carrier or personally pick up the table from our shop.
A standard freight carrier will provide so called “curbside delivery”. Curbside delivery specifically states that the standard freight carrier will not drop the product into a driveway or into a home, residence, or business. The standard freight carrier is REQUIRED to drop product at the curb of product recipient. Customer is responsible for any movement of the crate after delivery.
