DR5 charcoal concrete coffee table has a monolithic design and cannot be disassembled. All concrete slabs are 1.75″ thick (necessary minimum for this particular design) or 2″thick (if you prefer a little heavier appeal).

Metal rods or pipes (your choice of material – copper / black steel / stainless steel) run along the entire length of the table and are exposed in all gaps at the “Link” section (square leg at one end of the table) and in two slots at the center part of the concrete table’s top.

There are also two blocks of 1/2″ thick tempered glass placed inside the slots, your choice of clear or satin etched (low transparency).

Concrete surfaces are sealed with at least 4 coats of high performance sealer available in semi-gloss or matte finish. The sealer is a penetrable type and provides an excellent stain, acid, and scratch resistance of concrete surfaces.

DR5 concrete coffee table can be used indoors as well as outdoors. However, if you choose black steel as an accent, although sealed with protective finish, it may eventually start corroding inside the slab when exposed to elements (especially in cold weather) and result in cracks.

This table will be delivered inside a crate containing 3 pieces:

• Single piece design concrete table – around 400 lbs, depending on your dimensions
• 2 sheets of glass

You will need help with transferring the crate (around 500 lbs) from the delivery truck into the location at your property. The crate can be put sideways to fit into a doorway and this is the safest way to transport this table. The crate should be open once laying flat on its bottom and as close as possible to where you’re planning to put this concrete table.
