Description

White concrete coffee table has a 1″ thick concrete slab enclosed with 2″ tall, 1/4″ thick polished steel frame. This concrete table has two polished steel legs, one side of each leg bolted with black hexagonal screws to the steel frame and bottom leg extension bolted to the round concrete column.

The top of the 12″ diameter concrete column has a slot to accommodate and support table top’s frame.

Concrete surfaces are sealed with at least 4 coats of high performance sealer available in semi-gloss or matte finish. The sealer is a penetrable type and provides an excellent stain, acid, and scratch resistance of concrete surfaces.

Polished steel has a clear powder coat applied to protect it from corrosion.

This table requires assembly and will be delivered inside a crate containing 4 pieces (weights are approximate):

  • (1) 1″ thick concrete top with steel frame – top and frame are secured together for easier assembly – 190 lbs (concrete slab is 150 lbs and steel frame 40 lbs)
  • (2) Two steel legs – 2 x 25 lbs
  • (1) One concrete column 150 lbs – this is the maximum weight of a 20″ tall column, however, we are trying to lower it to below 100 lbs.

We highly recommend help of at least two people capable of lifting those pieces and performing installation at your location. One wrench required for assembly of this table is provided with bolts.

This concrete table will be shipped in a crate secured to a pallet. Although we take great care of packaging and protecting each of the pieces inside the crate, we have no control over it once it is loaded into a shipping carrier’s truck. To protect our work and the product your order, we require insurance to be purchased when making  shipping arrangements (it must cover 100% of the value of your piece of furniture).

We will always attempt to provide you with best available shipping rates and supply a list of available carriers with their prices. Of course, you are welcome to supply contact information of your own carrier or personally pick up the table from our shop.

A standard freight carrier will provide so called “curbside delivery”. Curbside delivery specifically states that the standard freight carrier will not drop the product into a driveway or into a home, residence, or business. The standard freight carrier is REQUIRED to drop product at the curb of product recipient. Customer is responsible for any movement of the crate after delivery.

Our goal is to make delivery, this critical portion of your order, as painless as possible. Therefore we prefer to make all shipping arrangements the old fashioned, manually – please contact us so we can start working on it – if you are located within 50 miles from 60061 zip code we will deliver your order free of charge.
